The report is based on our experience that a wedding planner who is doing well in regards to SEO is also booking far more weddings through their website.

We’ve examined the incoming links to more than 1,000 wedding planners across the US and given them a score based on the number of incoming links and the quality of the links.
Technical SEO Score
Links won’t matter much if it isn’t easy for Google to read and understand your website. The technical SEO score will look at how your website is programmed. Does it follow Googles guidelines? Is it fast? We have looked over every aspect from mobile friendliness to security. We’ve given each wedding planner a score based on how well their website is optimized.
Search Presence Score
A website won’t receive much traffic unless it ranks in the top 5 on the keywords/phrases most used by the target audience. We’ve analyzed how many keywords each wedding planner is ranked in the top 5 on, not counting brand related keyword/phrases.
Social Media Score
Social Media is usually not the best place to find more brides to book, but a strong social media presence build authority and it can help persuade brides-to-be to call you instead of your competitors.

The total SEO score is based on all four key-area-scores. Some areas carry a bigger value than other, which we take into account in this score. The total SEO score will show us which wedding planner is doing best in regards to their SEO efforts and which wedding planners are lacking behind.
